Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again.

If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

Its not only today, its always like that. Max i get is 6mb. O2 is just slow network thats all, there are more topics on this forum with people complaining about it.

@D777  You could also reboot the phone and check what apps are using a lot of data.

Mine is fine @D777

Just have a look at this guide and see if it helps. Network congestion is a usual problem.

Its really ridiculous. Iv tried everything and only switching to 3g/2g helped a little but its not a drastic change.

Nothing you can do to fix a bad network in your area.
All you can do is switch to a different network that performs better.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
