contract changed without permission

hi been on 12 month cotract for few years,starded to get calls from sales team last year near renewal date said no.this year got worse to get me of 12 month contract, reported sales team to customer service ,calls stoped then found out sales team kicked me of 12 month contract in august to 1 mounth simplicity without my permission,and my 12 month contract was not due to end till november 2010. made 50 calls to custommer service ann was to get at least 8 call backs recieved none. complained in writeing 11 days ago no reply yet

Not sure if that is meant to be an insult, but no he doesn't! There are some undeclared o2 employees on here but Stevy is not one of them.
Sometimes you don't get the answer you want!

Linzi, no I don't work for O2 but I was hoping that the information I gave you would be helpful by giving you the complaint process which would get you the quickest response from O2.
I do sympathise with your predicament, though to be honest it's a little difficult to be aware of the whole picture from your posts.
Just write to the complaints review service and state exactly what has happened, just giving the facts and what you would like them to do to resolve your issue, calmly and without any kind of emotion contained in the email.
You normally get an automated reply with a direct response within 5 working days.

should have had 7 call backs recieved none, sent recorded letter of complaint got tex message they recievied it and be in touch , thats 14 days no respond any one else i can take this complaint to as this is totally shabby treament you should only get from cowboy companies

I think you should look at your own behaviour before being so critical of others. That may seem harsh, I believe in saying as I find.
As for if you can take your complaint further, well O2's complaint procedure is in your terms and conditions. If that doesn't satisfy then see www.otelo.org.uk but they won't help you unless you follow their procedure.

Have to say it is great to see a well rounded complaint in good English establishing what the firm (in this case O2) can do to fix the problem
Mind you I have to say it is very mean of StevyJones to deny her whatever she wants) grin

I agree, if Stevy had took ownership and not palmed it off on another thread then this wouldn't have happened. Disgusting!
