contract changed without permission

hi been on 12 month cotract for few years,starded to get calls from sales team last year near renewal date said no.this year got worse to get me of 12 month contract, reported sales team to customer service ,calls stoped then found out sales team kicked me of 12 month contract in august to 1 mounth simplicity without my permission,and my 12 month contract was not due to end till november 2010. made 50 calls to custommer service ann was to get at least 8 call backs recieved none. complained in writeing 11 days ago no reply yet

That was very unhelpful particularly as all the words that I used were formed in acceptable English grammar.
I presume the Term that you used to m0derate was
"is otherwise offensive in our reasonable opinion" ?
How is wrecked'um offensive...as it's the grammatically correct abbreviated form of "wrecked them" which means "the objects have been ruined".
