complaint about O2 not cancelling contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Dear O2

I would like to complain about the treatment I have received while trying to upgrade or cancel my contract.

I have been speaking to one of your representatives who has refused to give me a puc code gone through all your palava and when I have said 'thank you for calculating that but i'm very sorry i have still seen better deals, so please could you give me the puc code' she has hung up on me.

This is massively frustrating after spending half an hour to get through to you not to have a very simple request completed.

My phone and contract are not fit for purpose and I would therefore like you to take this as notice of my request to cancel the contract, 30 days notice and please provide me with a puc code.

I would also like you to investigate the agent that hung up on my at phonecall started at 1:32pm  today 18/11/2017 because i frankly find it a disgusting way to treat people.

Thank you

Hazel

It's a PAC you need, not a PUK.
@Cleoriff has linked to my guide above.
If you have not completed your minimum term, be warned, you will be charged for the full amount of your contract too.
If on refresh just pay your device and give notice on airtime and walk away completely free.
About refresh https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093
and if you do this, unlock your phone so you can use it on another network

Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
