what is promised on chat never occurs

I was promised a refund of a charge of £19 for an international call which I did not make on 25/08/2015. The promises were made on caht on 23/11/2015 and on 4/12/2015 but the refund was not received on my bill on the 4/12/2015 nor in my current charges.

Chat is a complete waste of time and should be scrapped

As said on other thread. You won't see any credits until your bill is produced.
