My o2 App issue

Hi I had my number transferred over from giffgaff and ever since my 02 app and online profile arent showing remaining data - live chat advisor said it would get resolved but that hasnt been the case - any advice?

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

How long since you transferred your number? It can take up to a week for your giffgaff number to re register as an o2 number on the systems.

I would call CS to reset your My O2 account and not rely on Live Chat.
