charger port and charger

Am having problems with my charger port and charging my phone. When I put my phone on charge it doesn't charge. I have guarantee on my phone so will it cost to get a new charger or get my charger port fixed?

Hi @Anonymous

What phone have you got...and how old is it?

If it is still in warranty (under 12 months for iPhones...2 years for Samsung) it may be better to give the manufacturer a call?

Well it's only 3 months old so still in warranty.. My advice would be to give Samsung a ring tomorrow... They are the best people to deal with this...

If it's not deemed as user damaged they will fix it.
