Who can I complain to in O2? It seems they make it very difficult to log complaints.
I have just recieved 2 annoying and abusive calls form 0800 064 1087 claiming to be O2. I know for a fact they a 3rd party call centre in Manchester that used to go by the name of LBM Marketing. Very bad practices and nothing has changed. Ignored my requests not to be called and kept trying to speak to me sarcastically and being abusive. On the 2nd call I got straight away after hanging up on them again they were abusive and even told me they hope I die! I am certainly logging a complaint with Ofcom. And I am very seriously starting to look elsewhere for another service provider.

If you go into MyO2 and untick marketing preferences this will eventually stop calls from 3rd parties

whoever said that needs sacking plus anyone who was behind the abusive calls needs to be called to account

I'm also being plagued by calls from what was LPM Marketing on 08000641087. I'm on a 'Friends and Family PAYG' SIM and I am registered with the TPS. Why has O2 allowed this (as they are acting on their behalf)?

In my O2 use the more drop down link to edit your preferences. Default is that you agree to sharing your information.
