can't find my messages

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've just had an automated message telling mythere is a message for me on MyO2 but I don't know where to find it on here.

The dreadfull website is one of the many issues causing me to cancel my data contract, I still have two other devices with O2 but they are now under serious review depending on how the other company performs.

Also importantly what was the number that generated the message? I have never had a message left for me in My O2.... I get messages via text to say I can add boltons or view my bill via My O2...but they always say why they are texting...

There aren't any.
It's a scam I guess!

Of course the op needs to come back but I did think this was a bit dramatic in the opening post....just because you can't find a message?
