As customers we rarely take the time to talk about good service. Everytime I visit the Uxbridge retailer this happens. I had an issue with my phone and popped in today. I was acknowledged straight away and seen within 5 mins on a busy Sunday. Ozzie was great he found the fault and it was fixed quickly. Another great experience. Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous thank you for posting ... you got good service on a busy Sunday = excellent

I usually go into town to the O2 shop during the week on a 'non-tourist day' as the O2 people are usually very busy at other times ... if I go at the weekend I tend to get 'the Saturday girl' slight_frown

I have complimented the staff in Skipton O2 shop several times on this forum for @Toby to feed back
