Solved: International Roaming stopped working

Hi,

I have been abroad in Australia but my international roaming has suddenly stopped working after over a week. It has previously been working very well. I've double checked my account and all seems to be in order. Can someone advise?

As said, call customer service but also try connecting manually to a different roaming network.
