when I am in email, webmail automatically logs me out after about ten minutes. I then have to log in again. How do I stop this happening.

IF YOU KNEW HOW MANY TIMES i HAVE WANTED TO THROW MY LAPTOP OUT OF THE WINDOW!!!O2 GURUS WON'T EXPLAIN WHY THIS HAPPENS AND JUST SAY ITS FIXED..OH YEH!!! I THOUGHT I WAS A LONER HERE AND I FIND OUT NO I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING TO LOG IN TWENTY TIMES A NIGHT. I'M GOING BALD TEARING MY HAIR OUT! Just a pointer - using block capitals in forum posts is called "shouting" - it's okay for emphasising the occasional point but frowned upon when used for an entire post.
No harm done - just a "heads up" in case you weren't aware

Have stopped shouting due to arm better. It was easier to type when incapacitated. Thanks anyway.
