Totally agree. I’ve moved to EE and already get much faster and better customer service. O2 chat help is appalling. It runs you around in circles and a lot of the time you just get disconnected. Now that I’ve left, o2 tell me I can get a refund on my remaining credit but because they’ve locked me out of the system now I can’t access it. So they get to keep my money! And they’ve closed the nearest o2 shop to me. The absolute pits.

@Chrish2

You just need to call o2 and ask them to send it back call them on 0800 902 0217...  It was probably a franchise store, which o2 have been getting rid of... and then shop wouldn't have been able to help...

Enjoy EE trust me its not all roses on that side either,.,,

EE tends to charge more @Pipstop78 as the see themselves as providing a premium service. As for the signal, different networks are strong in different locations ; the preferred network for you is the one with the best connectivity in the locations that you frequent. 👍

Whilst valid, EE consistently perform extremely well in national benchmarking surveys. O2 perform consistently.

You @haylaya would have got a response more quickly if you had started a new conversation rather than tagging your question onto an otherwise unrelated thread.
