Was at work yesterday to find........ You wouldnt be able to guess no service, well 16 hours later and still no progress hmmmmm........

Oh look, your Laptop broke, you call PC world, they'll fix it, but you won't get it back for upto 28 days.

What's this? O2 goes down for the first time in a decade and they're fixing it within 24 hours?

Read the latest! O2 are recovering most parts now, so you can get back to using your phone soon.

Ok, Wifi has nothing to do with this issue, and Yes I am an O2 customer. Longstanding. Always have been, always will be.

Perhaps though, you're not as loyal as us?

When has O2 ever kicked me in the teeth? I just see an issue that they are dealing with.

Everyone has them? In different forms.

Your Internet Service Provider, TV provider, etc.

They've given me a fantastic service and allowed me to use their network - in return, I support them.
