Disappointing, demeaning 5G data speeds

I didn't expect top services but at least expected being treated better than the VMO customer when I have decide to sign a 12 month contract,

This is definitely not what I expected: the speed of 5G data, centre of Luton, Sunday afternoon:

An oversubscribed mast, with an uplink off a 4G connection, could cause that. Try using the O2 My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network , and register for an account and set it up to watch places you visit regularly, so O2 are kept updated on such poor performance as you experienced in Luton, @Yarecco. Have to admit I've had the same problem recently.when re registering 

No verification codes

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
