O2. I've been waiting for my order for 2 days to be delivered and it hasn't been. You've disconnected my number to transfer it to O2 so I'm without a phone completely... and noone picks up the phone! Sort. It. Out

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
