MyO2 app shows that I've got no data left at all, although the used amount is roughly correct (3.5GB used, and my allowance is 5GB)
The MyO2 section of the website though shows that I've got unlimited UK data :)
Anyone else getting the same?

why would they call it "unlimited" then?
Because when challenged and presented to OFCOM, they said it's OK for networks to use the term loosely and deceive customers

The 4GB only actually came into play as the cut off figure in the last 18 months when there was a few threads where people had been warned. There has always been a fair usage cap in the terms and conditions of unlimited data but as far as I know they only recently started enforcing it. Maybe as a way of getting people off these tariffs.

I gave my legacy tariff up for 4G and to be honest the only downside is the loss of the 4:1 text messages from abroad. There's always a workaround though.

The Web page is showing unlimited data for us. Data used is correct but there is no remaining data.
