MyO2 app shows that I've got no data left at all, although the used amount is roughly correct (3.5GB used, and my allowance is 5GB)

The MyO2 section of the website though shows that I've got unlimited UK data :)

Anyone else getting the same? slight_smile

It's a glitch due to the unlimited data quoted, as there is no pie chart to show usage out of unlimited it is set as zero mb left constantly, the part that is correct is the 3.5gb section though.
It would be better if they set the pie chart usage section to 4gb as that's what it is.

Actually after reading you have 5gb, I would say the glitch is from those incorrect unlimited badges on allowance.

@viridis s that the case for legacy plans then? by saying "capped" do you mean they throttle your speeds after you've reached the 4GB limit? just curious what these throttled speeds would be then...

On the legacy tariffs is actually stopped at 4GB with texts warning you about future usage.
