I've had 2 Samsung Galaxy Watches so far, I had to take the first one back because I couldn't set it up, even the bloke in the Meadowhall O2 shop failed... I got a SGSW 6 as a replacement, and I've just returned that this afternoon as it doesn't even hold a full charge for 24 hours.
They've sent it off for repair under Warranty, but I doubt they'll find anything wrong with it to be honest, and I can't really afford to claim on the insurance for a new Watch.
Anyway, does O2 sell ANY brand of Smart Watch, preferably Android, that actually works?

@Oxonian Your link to the O2 Facebook was fake, they tried to scam me out of £133 to "verify my account", you what?!
In the end I spent most of yesterday afternoon in the shop at Meadowhall and the guy in there did what the guy at the Fargate shop should've done last week, and gave me a new Watch strap/fitted it.
Instead of telling me to contact customer services online.

As noted in my reply above, @MrRichAllen1976 "... you have to get lucky with one of the in-store assistants who knows what they are about." - seems like you finally hit paydirt!
Also the links shared by @Oxonian above are genuine, and lead you to the O2 Social Media Support Team (UK-based, for the most part!) - and in the absence of an emoji on your "...O2 Facebook was fake, they tried to scam me..." line, I can only say the info shared by @Oxonian matches that shared by @MI5 above: "All numbers here Guide: How to find help & contact O2"
Glad you got sorted, finally. On behalf of all those who offered advice in this thread: You're welcome.

I thought it rang a bell. I didn't like the tone of his posts which is why I left the thread alone!

Just to point out no one in Sheffield calls it Meadowhall or even Meadowhall Shopping Centre, it is called Meadowhell so he must be from the posh end of Sheffield, as his demeanour comes across that way...
