Vacation hold

We plan to go on an extended holiday. Can we put our O2 cell service account on hold? We realize we may have to pay a small monthly fee and don't want to cancel our service because we need to keep our same phone numbers.

Data bolt ons

Hi hopefully someone can help me. Ordered a data bolt on and ended up with it 3 times I want to cancel 2 of them. O2 customer service said they can’t do it and I would have to do it myself?
