Worst customer service ever

I’m currently on a special edition big bundle for 10 pounds a month . Not only does 02 debit money from my available balance but they also debit my bank account twice with ten pounds as well . Has anyone else experienced the same issue . I call them to be told they have made a mistake and the funds will be credited back into my account. That never happens of course.

@Solbo We are all customers, so we can't help you with this issue. The Pay & Go customer service number is 4445, which you probably have already.

Big Bundle funding is from the available credit in your PAYG account ; so is the debit from your bank account being added to your PAYG account and then being used to pay for a future month's Big Bundle ?
