What a load of BS, customer service is on its knees, no one knows how to do owt.. 

About time o2 gave up with the offshore crapita and telenoperformance call centres and brought it all back in house and back to the UK...  But that costs money that neither Liberty Global or Telefonica want spend.. 

 

Twitter Support has been killed off for some reason its just a ******* show at o2
