Why i Left O2

Left O2 about 4/5 years ago. Bought a pay&go sim for daughter and trying to get it topped up is ridiculous. After the on line chat of going round in circles I realised why i left. I now have to wait upto 7 days to find out why the sim is not updating.....I think not.

Jeesus, all i want to to is unlock an second hand O2 phone and use a decent supplier.

Well that's what confused me,
I mean for example, I appreciate my own work, but I don't appreciate my own comments, so it kinda confused me.

I said you or your staff are wrong. Nothing wrong with that and it was the case. 3 People i dealt with who did not mention that. Incompetence on someones part. Did you pass those guidelines round that you wrote or keep em in a drawer ?
