Why does O2 do nothing about keeping there customers happy

With all the complaints and lack of understanding why don't the management of O2 do something about keeping there customers happy and fixing problems ....

I'm sure they try their best (as do all other networks)....!!

People rarely sign up and log on to leave a post praising O2 for good service ,so a little balance is lost at times.

O2 do provide a good service and offer a good customer experience to many customers.

O2 face book page is full of complaints about customer services ...and the fact we the customer are treated like cattle ...

Of course it is... People rarely praise but will always complain. Even more so when it's faceless contact like on here, Facebook & Twitter.....
