Apologies if this has already been discussed but I can't find it on here.
I have been a longstanding IE user but now I want to change as I am hearing a lot of negative comments about IE. Can you recommend another browser that I can use? I am running a Windows 8.1 laptop.

Firefox for me is always trouble - memory leaks all over the place, currently running using nearly 2Gb of ram ( it keels over and dies at just over 2.2Gb ) I also run IE for sites that simply wont run on anything else but hate it
I also have Chrome installed which is fine but just never got round to using it much
I also have PaleMoon installed this is a FF clone and will run all/most of the Mozilla Plugins and is currently my default browser - basically Firefox without the memory leaks
They are all free so just install them and try them out for yourself
