I cannot open in web mail one of my main email addresses, it says it is temporarily unavailable, but has been like that for 2 weeks I have 2 other email addresses that work OK. I have phoned o2 and Sky without success, each passing the buck to the other. I am almost sure it is the mail server at o2 that is the problem but cannot get the problem resolved. Can anyone help?

Hi. I lost my email address Wednesday last week on 10th July 2016 without any notification whatsoever. The email address is so important to me!
What about elederly people or disabled!
Its so unacceptable! Unprofessional!
I have an o2 mobile account and I plan to cancel it no matter how sorry o2 are.
Its the only way to demonstrate. Not much but best I can do.
I beleive they should be fined. I plan to write to ofcom.
Putting people in such a vunerable situation without warning is unacceptable.

Hi @Anonymous Sorry to hear this but O2 webmail has been closing slowly for some years now. People were supposedly informed in March of this year that final closure was in June 2016. The only thing you can do is contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I will also tag the head of community @Toby to this post. If you try CS first and then pop back here on Monday I expect Toby will have replied on this thread...
