Hi guys,
Some of you have mentioned seeing bugs or errors on specific website pages. As it can sometimes be hard to reproduce bugs, I wanted to set up a dedicated thread to help collect and track any issues you might find. We've set up a weekly meeting with the webdev team to go through any pages which are reported here, so that should get things sorted rather quickly.
In case you do spot something, please let us know here and we'll keep you up to date with what's going on. To find or reproduce the bug/error, it would be helful if you could provide the following information:

Yes the family bolt on side of it has been down for nearly a year any other company would have sorted it as a matter of priority

Is anyone finding that when they click into 'make a payment' that there is no option to take you further to complete the process? It is like the button to press is hidden or missing?

How many times do Us the customer have to find these errors the team responsible for the website should resolve these errors how many of the ones reported above are still not working plus all the dead links I submitted before.
We are not getting a good experience now from the website and as customer deflection is to be used how can anybody find help without ringing if the website is such a mess.!!

Sorry Toby, but we have lost all faith in the website team. Why do fixes take months and months?

Jonsie, the team is working on several redesign projects, therefore certain bugs will be fixed with later releases. It's not ideal, I fully understand that. We're still passing on your bug reports.
