Hi guys,
Some of you have mentioned seeing bugs or errors on specific website pages. As it can sometimes be hard to reproduce bugs, I wanted to set up a dedicated thread to help collect and track any issues you might find. We've set up a weekly meeting with the webdev team to go through any pages which are reported here, so that should get things sorted rather quickly.
In case you do spot something, please let us know here and we'll keep you up to date with what's going on. To find or reproduce the bug/error, it would be helful if you could provide the following information:
Link to page:
Steps to take to reproduce bug:
What the page currently does/say:
What the page should do/say:

...so good they named it twice!
We await with anticipation!

Thanks for these Adam, I shall pass them on in my next meeting with the website team
I'm going to talk to them about the list you sent to me as well, as they said it would be useful. I'll update you when I get some news on its applications.
Cheers!
Well I will nolonger bother to post errors I will just send them as complaints to the crs as the website is the only way soon customers will get usefull help. (customer deflection or webchat)
If the regulars that help cannot link to a working page what is the point of the communitys part in customer deflection

And the list is just growing I have no faith in the website now.
http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...) says A full user guide can be found by clicking the 'Voicemail 901 Overview' link below, but please find below an overview of the most popular features: with a link below http://www.o2.co.uk/support/generalhelp/howdoi/voicemail901 but this loops to the o2 home page this basic info page is needed.
I Cannot believe how many errors reported in these forums are syill happening.
for example International favorites. so many complaints saying cannot update onlinr have to use customer service!!

Still refers to the red flag system and not the report content system? (reported this before a long time ago)

I have forgotten all the links etc that I have reported.
@toby.
Please pass this on to the web development team
The o2 website is the shopfront for o2 customers.
As such this website should be fully functional no dead links and compatiable with all major browsers and operating systems.
No page should lead to a dead end but provide a fedback link dircelty to the web development team that allows the user to report where they had come from (note the web feedback form ends in a 404 type page still) http://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/webfeedbackform
I urge o2 to provide its customers with a website that works and not to change the look of certain pages that breaks the funcionality of the website.
So many errors leave a very unprofesional feel for one of the top communication companies in the UK.
