Webmail not working

HI all, is anyone else having problems logging on to webmail? I can access my o2 accounton the o2 site but the webmail feature just times out and doesn't connect. Been like this since early this morning. Contacted o2 via live chat and got told to contact Sky (even though they're not my provider). Has anyone else experienced this?

2. Sky | Yahoo Mail and who can get it
- 2.1. To sign up to Sky | Yahoo Mail:
- (a) you (or, if you are an additional user, your primary user) must have an active subscription to Sky TV, Broadband, Talk and/or Sky Go ("Sky Subscription"); and
- (b) you must have an active Sky iD.

Well this is the 3rd customer in a couple of hrs complaining about O2 webmail......so they must be closing some more down?
