Hi

I've forgotten my voicemail PIN, so folllowing the information at https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/voicemail I texted RESET to 802901 about 2.5 hours ago but haven't received a temporary PIN yet. How long should it take to come through?

It can take up to 24hrs to get the new PIN number, if it hasn't been recieved after this then you need to contact Customer Services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

To change your PIN
Call 901 from your mobile
Press the * (star) key
You will hear the main menu options - select option 'four'
Follow the prompts to complete the change

if you haven't used your pin in a while it has probably reverted to the default pin which is 8705
