Leaving o2 after 5 weeks

I was a Virgin customer (Monthly) and I was changed over to o2 about 5-6 weeks ago.

From day 1 there was issues. I have no voicemail and I had no caller waiting. After several hours to the "customer services" over several weeks,  I am now in an even worse position. The voicemail now works, but the caller waiting still does not work despite all efforts from customer services. I even have a new sim from them, and then was told to reset all network settings, but still nothing...

The amount of duff info I received from customer services is laughable. Then to be told the system was setup as IOS by default and they need to change it to Android... WTF!!!

Now today!!! I still have no caller waiting and to top it off, all phone calls to my mobile display as "Unknown". Not even a number is shown. It's an absolute joke.

Luckily I was out of contract with Virgin and this also rolled over to o2. 
So I now have a PAC code and I am off.

Signed up with new supplier and hopefully I get my new sim in the post tomorrow.
