Vodafone To Offer Red+ For Families With Shared Data

http://www.vodafone.co.uk/shop/pay-monthly/red-plus/index.htm

Vodafone have announced they are to offer families a shared data plan. Each user would have unlimited minutes and texts and the leader would have between 2gb and 13gb of data shared across the group.

1 bill.
Controls on who uses the data.

Will o2 follow? Is this a game changer like it has been in the US?

Thing with these deals is that o2 won't lose one account each time, they are likely to lose several, and if Vodafone price it right (competitive given it wants market share at the moment) then o2 and others could start to see the power of the resurgent Vodafone.

That said, whilst o2 customer service has dropped down the scale of late, it has a LONG LONG LONG way to drop before it finds Vodafone CS
