Hi, I have been switched from virgin media to O2 , I have lost 48 GB data allowance that I had the price has gone from £6 to £9.50 and since the changeover I have had no signal at all apart from being able to get the O2 app to work I have had no luck .
I spoke to one of there call centre guys and they said it would be up and running in 24 hours , 23hrs have past fingers crossed. But not expecting a much .

@Paul__ This is a customer community, so there's nothing anyone here can do to help. You'll have to persevere with customer service if your issue isn't resolved.
Virgin Media: 150 from a landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2: 202 from your O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
