It seems inevitable to me that as new handsets are supported for longer, sales of new 'phones are likely to slow over a period.

Many of the UK newspapers employ (intrusive) paywalls (Times, Telegraph, FT, i, etc), always better to use the archive.today website to get a clear URL to use, as you have done, @Oxonian
