Beware ! O2 will unlawfully debit money from your account when you are in the process of upgrading online before your upgrade order is complete. The transaction will show with your bank account however they will deny any knowledge of it. I was informed at first that I'd created a new connection, then advised there was no record of the order at all. Youtube link to follow ...

The complaints process can take some time, and if you only recently made the complaint, you need to be patient. By all means complain here and on other social media, but if you want an official answer from O2 you need to go through the correct procedure.

Where in any of my posts did I mention law suit? Recording someone over the phone without their knowledge is illegal. That's all I said. Don't put words into my mouth.
