I've just attempted an early upgrade for the note 7, everything went OK until confirming order then a something went wrong error popped up, payment has been taken. Upgrade customer service said the orders still live and all I need to do is click the link to confirm but I keep getting the same error

The links I have to complete the order don't load anything now, It let's me go ahead to try again but reluctant to until my money clears back in my account was told by CS yesterday outbound sales will be ringing still waiting on that call

Just an update to let everyone know I finally get the order done today, although I have had to pay again hopefully it won't be long before the money clears back onto my account.
