Upgrade prices

I enquired on your app about upgrading my phone early, and pay the additional amount I owe on my current phone.
I chose a phone and was offered £45 a month for 15gb data unlimited mins and texts, however when I checked uSwitch I discovered I could get the same phone and plan on 02 for £33 a month.
Why is this????????

Incentive deals payed to uswitch to get new customers on new contracts. That won’t be an upgrade price.

Uswitch is good for finding one-off deals however as mi5 said it's subsidised.

Also those contracts will be 24 months locked in. They won’t be Refresh contracts so you won’t have the benefits of O2 Refresh or WiFi & 4G calling
