Hi, just wondering if this is normal practice for O2. My contract is due for renewal. I have literally had at least 25 -30 calls asking me to upgrade, from call centres all over the country, from O2 and carphone warehouse, who were given my details by 02. . Not happy and I can’t find a contact number to call and complain.

@DenHall complaints are at the bottom on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also, check your marketing preferences in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @DenHall

This happens a lot when it comes to upgrade time. Just ignore the calls and block them. Never ever take out a contract from a cold caller. You would probably end up with a business contract which you neither need or want.

Also check your marketing preferences in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2.

You may want to untick some boxes if they are ticked.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum

And keep checking your marketing and privacy settings in MyO2 periodically - they have a tendency to get reset occasionally, and certain other apps, like Priority app, can turn things back the way you don't want them, I suspect.

Yes, welcome to the forum, @DenHall
