Update on my last problem regarding incoming calls going straight to voicemail and messaging not working.

I visited my local O2 store, they couldn't help, I finally got through to customer services, they tried several things but the problems remain .

This seems to be just one of the problems having moved from virgin mobile.

During the migration my virgin SIM was still working ok on O2 network, since putting in O2 SIM the problems started.

I think my time with O2 will end and I'll get a new provider.

Can't blame you

If you are out of your minimum term contract, no problem. If not you will have to pay the ballance first.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@SKE What did the O2 store staff and customer service try? Did they give you a new sim or try your sim in another phone?

@SKE The first things they should have done in store are the two things I suggested. Incompetence abounds.

I'll go into store again tomorrow and ask them to try what you suggested.

Thank you.
