UK Mail are a waste of bloody time!

Ordered a spare 'el cheapo' mobile via the O2 website on the 26 October 2014. Has  the said phone been delivered via UK Mail ???, has it hell.

First I got: .'...Your O2 order MS-xxxxxxxx has experienced a possible delay and we might not be able to deliver on Mon. Please contact Customer Care on 03451 554 455 quoting....' I did not really expect it to arrive next day, but honestly after checking the UK Mail tracking page to read the delivery process as being;

29th October 2014 08:44 At Delivery Location
27th October 2014 10:40 Booked/Awaiting Collection
27th October 2014 10:40 Collected
27th October 2014 09:00 Delayed

It sounds good but where is it?. Now the site says the item has been delivered, yeah bloody right, but not here!. I know finding country addresses can be problematic but can they not phone....

Trying to contact UK Mail is a waste of time. Fours times I called & was in a queue that never shortened. I tried emailing them via web-form, but either their site had issues or it would accept the mail & send out a generic email with a ref number, & that's it.They never email you back or help.

Contacted O2 via the online chat & was told they had contacted UK Mail over this. Well I'm still waiting for my moby.

What a shoddy bunch of useless  crooks UK Mail are, I won't be buying aught more via the O2 website & in the future I'll find out who sites/companies use for delivery.

By the way I got a spare moby from Tesco Direct delivered via Yodel, they can deliver why is it so hard for UK Mail??.

Tried logging onto my O2 acc today I get the following. It must be something to do with my recent O2 moby ordered/never delivered by UK Mail charade.Tried calling O2 Customer Services' to no avail.Oh & still no refund re the moby ordered from O2, I might get it by Christmas...2015.

'Tell us the mobile number you want to use as your contact number' [strange, but thought it a new security layer].

'We'll then send text a code to this mobile number that you'll need to enter on the next step.'
Input my moby number: xxxxxx....
Get code, input code & I get...
Are You Sure To add xxxxxxxxx as your contact number?'
'Yes'

'Mobile number is registered to another identity'
'Try with different mobile number'

"No you bunch of **bleep**!!"
Oddly I have some access to my account, but my number  associated with my acc is not listed. It looks like O2 have taken 'control' of aspects of my account but do they contact you? no....They should leave well alone that number I h ave associated with the account.[Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!)
'My O2 products and services'
'You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.'

Nor is the number of the mobile that I'm assuming O2 got UKMail to deliver but never. What a bunch of clowns I feel like taking my number & migrating to another cheaper/but as good PAYG supplier.
Not speaking to some 'advisor' in India who will promise the earth & not be of any use. That's what happens with companies outsourcing...O2...BT...pah! Unhappy bunny...Humbug!

Have you tried calling on one of the numbers listed here?
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If you don't get through to a UK call centre, just ask to be put through to one wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
