Texts won't send

Hi, my phone was sending messages but then they just stopped sending I have unlimited texts, I've restarted it and I've cleaned the sim

Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked your service status via your full postcode.

Sometimes just turning the phone off and on again and also ensure you have not turned on any airplane mode.

Can you make calls ok.

Check you have not added the persons number accidentally to any blocking facility in your phones settings if it involves one person not getting your texts.

Call O2 on 202 contract or 4445 payg to have your account checked.

Edit : make sure your not trying to send mms messages as these are not part of your unlimited texts allowance.

Phone software or sim card for example?
Are you message centre numbers correct?

Yeah it's working perfectly fine and I can make phone calls and go on my Internet and I've not added no one to my block list

Are you using the stock SMS function in your phone or are you using something like Google Hangouts to send them?
