This is obviously to management of the O2 website.

 

I find that certain information that could be added very easily to the website is MISSING!!!

For instance, why not record the start date of your airtime contract under the say, 24 months, then you will not be at a loss when you have to choose another contract?

 

This would be a simple update and not require a paper note of the start date of the contract.

I would be very happy if this could be done.

 

Also, On texts, please add some extra information about the say, NCAM code, or other. It is annoying to find NO information on this code on the website.

 

Nobody seems to know for certain what this code is or refers to. I thought my Sim card was going to just go dud. Please send a bit more information on codes.

This is a customer to customer Community, no Web people here

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Or you can text INFO to 85075 for free, it will tell you how much you have left to pay on your contract, divide that by your monthly bill amount... But your MyO2, app or web (here:  https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin ) will definitely have the info, @Sou
