Hi all, any suggestions will be appreciated: both my phone and my partners, both with O2 pay monthly will not send or receive text messages. When we try to send messages and check the status it continually reads 'sending'. I've tried turning the phones off and back on, restarting, cleaning the sim cards etc but frustratingly nothing works. I've tried to contact O2 but the automated calls are cut off after suggesting I try on-line help (not helpful at all). It seems too much of a coincidence that both phones on seperate accounts have the same issue at the same time ??? Any idea PLEASE, thanks in advance, Gordon

@T5SWB

Lots of issues reported with texts today.

@LukasB another one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thats what i noticed, usually Twitter would be lit up like a Christmas Tree.

I wonder if its an app update gone awry or a localised issue....

Any ideas on how I go about finding out if it's a local issue ????? I've been unable to get any help from O2 and when I check the service in the area it tells me all is good ? As I said 2 separate phones both having the same issue at the same time is very unlikely ?
