You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

All other numbers and methods of contact are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

I have a friend who is with EE, he was getting twice my data and half the cost of the monthly bill I was paying with o2. Being fed up I called o2 and said I was leaving ....as if by magic they upped my data twofold and reduced my monthly payment by half. Just like that. For years I was paying too much but of course they wont tell you. There is nothing online or on the o2 website to tell you this.

This is what annoys all long time loyalty customers

Probably the same with all big commodity suppliers

As long as you pay up without question they will happily carry on taking your money no matter how many offers are on
