There was no mention of a 17% price hike when I chang tariff about a month ago. However, guess I'm going to have to pay it for the remainder of my contract. But I can guarantee, the day my contract ends 02 will be but a distant memory. Here's hoping your greedy corporate fat-cat profiteering backfires....spectacularly.

I'm afraid it's in the T&C's you agreed to https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions

Good luck finding a network that doesn't apply the CPI or RPI + 3.9% increase every year, the number is dwindling each year, and Tesco which didn't used to do it, are now doing it...

Because I am bored of hearing this rubbish constantly from people who cant / dont read any of their terms and conditions and then moan when things happen..
Maybe start reading them instead of blindly clicking agree...

A month ago it was all over the press and internet that there would be steep price rises on Mobile and Broadband this year, but you took out that new contract. If you waited till April 1st there was a real chance you would miss this years rise and get a good deal into the bargain.
