I went into an o2 store to switch up and pre ordered the iphone 17. They checked my phone and said my phone was fine to switch up. I get my new phone 3 days later and waited for the box to send my old handset back which took another week. I then receive my phone back with no email and no paperwork. Im disabled and being passed from pillar to post and in the meantime im still being charged for the handset. Obviously this has all taken time so I cant get out of my contract and cant afford to keep paying for an extra handset. Help please!!!
