I used 2220 to stop all offers, text, phone, postal. However I have now received a text offer that tells me to use 2202 to stop text. There is no way to stop texts on that number, only ways to get more offers. BTW on 2202 I am told I have not given a method to contact; yes that is what I want.

I then tried 202 only to find I could not get through 17:50 Friday; either call ceased  after pressing 232 after a few seconds or agent said mine was a silent call???

Can anyone please tell how to stop these text offers.?

It takes 3 days for the number to come off the data base. Also did a bit of digging and to cancel priority moments alerts you need to call 2423, and choose the option to cancel. It's a free call. Hope this helps slight_smile

Its amazing that Telefonica still feel's the need to annoy there customers with text offers.
I found both O2 & GiffGaff where as bad as each other for this even when you request them NOT to contact you.
I've never had a text from Three trying to sell me something.

You're lucky you aren't on DTAC in Thailand. ..I get half a dozen texts each day from Horoscopes, borrowing credit, music downloads, cartoons and the inevitable  dating agencies. They are all in Thai and I've no idea how to stop them!
