Anyone else on an iPhone 15 series who’ve updated to iOS 18 noticed that they have a toggle for Stand Alone in their network setting under Voice & Data?

 

Mine’s greyed out but wasn’t there before iOS was released at 18:00 today.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It was really frustrating, just the lack of response and having to chase even after @Kei-M_O2 had to step in. If they sent a message to say they’re ‘looking into it’ it would have been a better experience. 

 

I made 3 calls to the contact centre before the Twitter conversation one agent even hung up on me. 🤯

Had my posts removed because I posted a transcript of the Twitter thread, allegedly it violates the forum T&C although all personal information was redacted and no agent name was included. 

I do wonder if it had been positive feedback would they have been removed. 

Another great service from O2. 👍🏽

Someone will have flagged it, thinking it contains personal data...

 

And to be honest things only usually get removed if its flagged by someone, or it blatantly contains mobile numbers or other personal Identification...
