Spamhaus preventing sending of emails on O2 mobile

I see from the forum that this has occurred in the past, quite a few years ago, but I'm getting it on mine and my wife's O2 accounts.

 

The message lately is to the effect that Spamhaus has blocked 82.132.246.232 listed by XBL. I'm sure there were other IP address previously. Doesn't affect us when connected via wi-fi, but almost 100% blocking when connected by a mobile signal.

 

TBH it's rendered our phones almost unusable when away from home.  If there's no solution I'm going to move provider.

Since our oh so wonderful (he says in jest) government announced the Online Safety Act UK last week, VPN usage has increased dramatically anyway, all so that underage kids can view P*rn and other inappropriate stuff.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
