Hi. Looking to change to a sim only deal when my current contract runs out . Any tips or pitfalls to be aware of ?

None to be honest, just be aware that roaming in the EU on any plan with other 25Gb is now limited to 25Gb

Just be aware you will be subject to the rpi and the 3.9% increase each year in April for all new contracts taken now.
